Mural Painting: Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep

Mural Painting: Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep

Ah blessed sleep, delightful dreamland, the moment and place we finally give our bodies and minds the time it needs to recuperate from the hustle and bustle of the day. We spend a third of our day sleeping. Which means we spend a third of our life sleeping! Yes, it is that important to make sure we renew our energy. So it’s no wonder home owners want to insure their bedroom is a fabulous space to in which to retreat.  Here’s a look at some wondrous murals I’ve created for slumber-world:

This enchanting bunk-bed was created for a life-size child’s play/stay at grandma’s room. The motifs were derived from the MacKenzie-Childs china dining set used in its kitchen http://www.mackenzie-childs.com/:

Painted as part of a full room wrap-a-round mural, this Octopus submarine bed takes center stage:

Tropical scenes insure these headboard walls set a tone to “Get-Away From It All”:

Creativity is boundless when you get to paint over a baby’s crib:

Bamboo poles and tropical plants over a teen’s bed add extra dimension to this jungle wrap-around-room mural:
