Mural Painting: Welcome to Paradise!

Mural Painting: Welcome to Paradise!

Some of us are fortunate enough to live in an absolute paradise. While the north has been buried under heaps of snow, here in southwest Florida we have been basking in the sun, enjoy water sports, and kickin’ up sand! It’s no surprise that a common request I receive is to create beach scene murals for both indoors and outdoors. Pour a cocktail and enjoy the tropical scenery!

I named the parrot Fred in this lanai beach scene painted on the home's exterior stucco. Outdoor murals also receive a spar urethane clear coat:

Sandpipers greet guests on this entry wall beach scene. The scene is positioned so an entry table can be placed in the center:

Sleep comes sweetly on “Flamingo Beach” painted for Master Bedroom. The client's favorite scripture appears written in the sand above the headboard line while their boat can be viewed in the distance:

“Nikyla’s Sunrise” was colorfully painted for a young girl’s bedroom:

Arch way niches in an entry hallway are the perfect place to view”outdoors”:

3 lanai wood panels made a great canvas for a beach scene:

A wrap-around beach mural complete with tiki bar makes a fun man cave:
