Florida Middle School Part 1: Hallways
Children are our most precious asset, resource,
and joy! I recently had the honor of painting for Lehigh Acres Middle School. http://lhm.leeschools.net/ The
school’s mission “is to prepare all students for academic success and
responsible citizenship by inculcating and encouraging in them a love for
lifelong learning; and build a commitment to positive, moral decision-making.”
The school utilizes
the Avid program (http://www.avid.org/ ) with WICOR methodology http://avid.org/dl/hed/hed_reviewofliterature.pdf and the Leader In Me ( http://www.theleaderinme.org/the-7-habits-for-kids ) program to give the
students the tools to reach their college and life goals.
