Even God loves
glitter! It’s true and I have proof. Personally, I love glitter. The world
needs more of it. Imagine waking up to a whole world covered in sparkles that
twinkle like diamonds. It would be breath taking! And so are the finishes
created in this shabby chic beach look town home. The client had seen the

Painting the House of Sand and Sea Master bedroom finish onto this town-homes center wall and hallway entrance completely transformed the space. The metallic blues and soft greens of the ocean are gently faux painted in the main living and dining area, replacing the former drab neutral color
The same faux finish is first introduced onto the town-homes wall in the entry way but also features a niche and a center wall section leading into the kitchen that have an added feature-GLITTER ! Not just any glitter- it's God's glitter. It's called mica fluff. They are the silvery glittery flakes that are released when pegmatite is quarried.
I sealed the mica fluff under a clear gloss top coat so now the "Glitter" dances and sparkles over the metallic faux finish.

But wait there's more...The wall that leads to the kitchen is also enhanced with mica fluff and now features a wall clock that is completely encrusted with mica fluff. Truly the most glamorous clock in Southwest Florida:
OH! But wait-there’s
still more!!! An odd angle wall section that is shared on one side to the
hallway and its opposite into the kitchen is also completely sparkled with mica
fluff from ceiling to floor. The sparkles match the mica sparkles in the
kitchen counter top surface:
As you can see this
wall finish totally sparkles. And these sparkly specks of glitter come from the
earth- PROOF that even God loves GLITTER !!!!!!!!!!!!!
