Wear a crown and you’re
sure to get noticed, just ask Betty Cantrell, the current 2016 Miss America. In
today’s pageantry though we’re talking about crowns gracing the top of windows
rather than those gracing the heads of contestants walking the runway.
Crown molding makes a
perfect statement in today’s interiors. It is both traditional and
architecturally modern at the same time. It can be used over draperies, but
more often the request is to have crown molding in replacement of fabric
cornice boards or fabric draperies. Add some faux finishing and you really have
a platform for good taste.
A silver weathered
