Mural Painting: Good Food, Good Wine, Good Friends

A new restaurant opens this week in Southwest Florida! Luigina’s Pizza & Grill located at 18767 S TAMIAMI TR. in FORT MYERS. Location sound familiar? It should, previously Mama Nina’s Restaurant served there and, yes you guessed it- yours truly did their mural painting.  The location will now be run by the Rondao family , well known in this area for their fabulous Sports Bar. So , of course, they will be serving us with their own style and flare. And that was cause to revamp the interior look! So here’s a little pre-tour before you head over. 

The new entry way "Wine Cellar"

A newly erected wall has been painted as a Vintage Port Label on the patron’s dining side and serves as the wait staff’s staging area on the other side.

The former restaurant had dining sections labeled by names of Italian cities. For the new restaurant, the city names have been removed and the walls painted to blend into the faux finishes created:

The best way, of course, is to experience the ambience in person. So grab your friends and head over to Luigina’s  for great food & wine and make some new friends while you’re there.
