Mural Creation: ELCHS
Part 6: Wood Shop & Engineering
Let the chips fall
where they may! I have to admit I had fun painting for the entrance of the
wood shop and engineering class rooms at ELCHS (http://elc.leeschools.net/ ).
The head of the
wood shop academy showed me around the shop and discussed the student’s current
project. True, friends and family would never let me near the use of most
wood shop equipment, but it’s fun to paint them!
Both departments have
their own academy logo.
The engineering
academy had only started their logo, so to the “drawing board” so to speak, I
added the “gears” (ok, I admit I’m a
steampunk fan, so “gears” came to mind right away).
