Tincture Gallery Opening Celebration

Last night's opening celebration of the Tincture Gallery was packed !

Terry Tincher, gallery owner...thus the twist of the gallery name....was there to great the swarm and

show off his new gallery.

There was plenty of champagne and edible chocolate art created by Norman Love Confections, friends, art enthusiasts , and laughter.

Tincture Gallery , located at 1412 Dean St, will now be part of the Fort Myers downtown Art Walk

 held the first Friday of each month.

The T.V Production department at East Lee County High School ( http://elc.leeschools.net/ ) received murals under the ROTC mural project (www.todaysmilitary.com ). The choices were “iconic”.

Of course, production today, whether t.v.-web-or radio is completely reliant on I.T. & Design.

The Math department proved to be a bit of a challenge, especially when it came time to incorporate the ROTC leadership values. After an after- hours hallway chat and one sharp eyed student recalculating the symbols, the formula equated SUCCESS

Of course, in crunch, the students could ask for a hallway pass to review the formulas

Hero, that’s the word for this week’s blog. Being a hero means facing adversity or danger even in moments of weakness offering courage strength and self- sacrifice for the greater good.

Every day our Lee County Sheriff’s department and City Police Departments demonstrate this for those of us living in gorgeous Southwest Florida. So it was with excitement and gratitude that I painted the Lee County Sheriff’s Badge in larger than life scale at East Lee County High School: http://elc.leeschools.net/
