Faux Painting: Everything’s Just PEACHY

Yum! August is Peach season. I love the smell of peach cobbler baking in the kitchen. It’s tantalizing and comforting at the same time.  So are the faux finishes recently created for this southwest Florida home. The client’s love for shabby chic mixed with her bright effervescent personality spring boarded the faux finishes for the exterior of her home.

Pavers of cream, peach, and deep coral lead the way to the front door faux painted in a deep coral base, like a peach at its peak of ripeness, and then crackled with dollops of cream:

The door handle had seen better days, so it also received a new faux finish:

This faux silver finish was also carried over onto the home's 3 side lights:

The Garage door received a dual faux finish of bleached out wood grain with crackled and weathered faux finish  in the same shades used on the front door:
