Star Spangled Banner- Long May She Wave!
This weekend America
celebrates her 239th birthday! Our national flag waves with pride
and serves as banner for freedom. Red and white alternating stripes pay tribute
to the 13 original colonies that seceded from tyranny and formed a true democratic
nation. A field of deep blue proudly displays 50 stars to represent each of the
states that now form the union of the United States of America. God bless “Old
Glory”, long may she wave, and long may she continue to be the symbol for all
that freedom and democracy are truly an obtainable path. Stars and Stripes
Forever!!!
