Faux Painting:
Southwest Florida by way of Jamaica & Paris
Faux painting makes
an excellent backdrop for art collectors & enthusiasts. A simple ragging
effect is often all that is needed to make the collectibles take center stage.
I used sunny yellow glaze for this delightful Southwest Florida condo that is
filled with art pieces from the home owner’s estate in Jamaica and furniture
from their home in Paris. The result is a chic jubilant condo on the greens
where they can enjoy their other passion –Golf!
Two tone neutral
glazes were used on the stark white lizard skin covered coffee table from Paris
in keeping with their newly ordered bleached wood sofa table. Just a hint of
blue accents the center of the coffee table
